Dear parents,

You can enroll your child at our school between March 3, 2025, and March 8, 2025.
The required documents can be submitted by mail or in person at the school’s administration office (Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM).

 

To complete the enrollment process successfully, please submit the following documents:

• school enrollment form with JenaID (original)
• declaration of interest (if your place of residence is outside Jena – download)
• fully completed school enrollment form online under School Enrollment (starting on March 3, 2025)
• consent form for the publication of personal data (download)
• mid-year report card (copy), including recommendation for the Gymnasium track, if applicable
• special education report (copy), if applicable
• negative certificate for sole custody (copy), if applicable
